Actress and singer, Miley Cyrus was spotted out in Toluca Lake, California today with her puppy. The 18-year-old star was all smiles as she clutched her puppy around outside of her home. In other news, Miley is expected to attend Justin Bieber’s Never Say Never premeire later today!
